Description: The starting point for an amazing kayak trip from Gudvangen to Flåm. It is a very sandy beach for launching kayaks. Remember it is a free beach. Anyone can use it to launch their kayaks. Why do we say that? Nordic Ventures has their operations on this beach. They are a very friendly company that offers great kayaking tours. They launch 20 kayaks at a time in their groups. So it can feel like "is their beach" and"their Fjord." But remember it is a public beach. Most important is where to park, see notes below.
