Description: Day #1 Camping site if you are kayaking from Gudvagen to Fläm. It is free. A man who owns sheep owns this land. He is friendly, and allows the tour companys and anyone to camp here. I think Nordic Ventures pays him to have the best spots to camp & use the campfire area. So it is best to just camp off to the side. There is plenty of room. I would suggest staying 2 nights. It is a long kayak trip from Gudvagen and chances are you left late in the afternoon. This is a really cool spot. There are waterfalls all around for getting drinking water. Sheep all around (bring earplugs for sleeping). This camping site is on a small ancient hiking route. It i called the Styvi - Bleiklindi (The Royal Post Road) hiking trail. Basically it used to be used by the post office. Now it is a really cool day hike. If you want to just do this there is a ferry from Gudvangen to styvi.
