Description: Kuivaset ovat kaksi saarta, Iso-Kuivanen ja Pieni-Kuivanen, (merikartassa Kuivaisluodot) Palhon selällä Vesilahden ja Lempäälän välissä. Luonnontilaiset saaret sopivat erinomaisesti veneilijöiden käyttöön. Laivaväylä kulkee saarten itäpuolella, lähimmillään n. 100 metrin päässä. Talvella Kuivaset on hiihtäjien ja lumikenkäilijöiden suosima retkikohde. Kohteen omistaa Pirkanmaan virkistysalueyhdistys.

You will find at these locations some benches surrounding a place (usually a concrete fire pit) where you can start a fire in the forest. Most will have a metal grill on top of the fire area so you can cook food. And because it is Finland, usually the city / neighborhood will provide free firewood, axes, saw and sometimes metal sticks to roast sausages or marshmallows.
