Description: Pikku-Leikosaari sauna is open year-round, is open to anyone, is free, and self-service. At the sauna, there is just a book / paper where you write you name for a sauna shift. Seawater is not allowed in the heater, so bring fresh water for steam baths. Rainwater barrels provide sauna water, but bring a bottle for spare water. You can camp on the island.
