Description: Either a 2.5 km or 4 km hiking trail near the beaches of Lake Sapsojärvi and the Hiukka ridge with the Vuokatti Mountainss in the background. It is an easy family hike near the center of Sotkamo. There are illustrated information boards along the trail that tell about the plants, animals and history of the area. As you walk down the steps to the beach you will find tables and picnic benches to enjoy the scenery.
