The marked walking path is a dirt road that goes along the entire island, a bridge connecting the Western and Eastern Pihlajasaari islands. There are cooking shelters, firewood, drinking water points, toilets, showers, restaurants, cafes, old villas you can rent for events and even saunas you can rent. The island is also known for bird watching.
