Description: The Purmojärvi ski trail in Kortesjärvi, Kauhava, offers cross-country skiing for both traditional and skating styles through a landscape of fields and forests. Starting from the Isokangas hut, the routes, ranging from 4 to 16 kilometers, are maintained for both styles and marked with different colors at intersections. While there are elevation changes, the trails avoid difficult climbs or descents. Snowshoeing is permitted alongside the tracks. The starting point features ample parking and the Isokangas hut, equipped with a campfire facility, which also serves as a stopping point for hikers on the Leipätie hiking trail.
