Retkipaikka describes the character well: the path begins as easy gravel, crosses duckboards over a mire with views toward Keimiötunturi, then narrows into a rooty lakeshore tread; at the shore junction the west branch leads to the rental hut side and the east branch toward the open wilderness hut. Getting there
