Härkätunturi sauna is a wood-fired shared sauna in the yard of Härkätunturi open wilderness hut and Härkätunturi reservable wilderness hut on the UKK Trail in Tuntsa Wilderness Area, between Härkätunturi fell and the Härkätunturi murustot rock formations near the Salla–Savukoski municipal boundary in Salla, Lapland. Metsähallitus charges a per-person sauna fee paid in advance through Eraluvat.fi; after payment, instructions for the key box and using the sauna are sent by email. The sauna cannot be booked for private use only. The fee is listed as 12 € per person including VAT on the sauna product page. Overnight guests at Härkätunturi varaustupa share the yard with users of Härkätunturi autiotupa; firewood for heating is kept in the woodshed, and the dry toilet and woodshed-toilet building sit a few steps away as Härkätunturi liiteri-käymälä on the map. Getting there
