Hietasalo's hut is replaced by the popular Hietasalo Island in the Kuopio National City Park. Kota was completed in 2022 and has been a part of its construction as the Ministry of the Environment. The hut is about 100 m2 in area and is dimensioned for 45 people. The hut and its surroundings have been built to be accessible. In the case of wheelchair -to -wheelchair, there are limited transport on inland waterways. More information can be obtained from cruise services companies. Kota is used by everyone's rights, but it can also be booked for private events.
