An extremely large (tall) Kota on the Urkin poloku hiking trail. There is woodshed, outdoor toilet and an outdoor grill. There is a lot of space here for a large group to come and spend time. The hut has a lot of space inside for a group as well. The hut is more on the "rugged side." Dirt floor, no lights.

A really nice area for a Laavu on the Urkin poloku (UP) hiking trail. It is next to a beautiful small pond / bog. The Laavu is in good condition, there is a lot of firewood and just overall peaceful location.

A magnificent location on the shore of an old quartzite quarry has a spacious lean -to and outdoor table with benches for hiking, mountain bikers and mountain skiers. In addition, Tahko Safari has a private lean -to at the break. The quartzite mine was in operation from 1940 to 1948, when it produced white quartzite sand and gravel. Vatanen is located about 3 km north of Puintossalmi along 2.7 m fairways. The fairway on the west side is about 200 meters away. The Ylä-Antikkala lean-to was completed in the summer of 2022 and serves everyone in Puijo. State grant has been provided for the construction of the lean -to. The site is built to be accessible, so people with reduced mobility can also reach the lean -to. The lean -to has fireplaces for sausage roasting and an unobstructed dry toilet.
The Puijonnokka viewpoint is located in Julkulanmäki, which is part of the magnificent Puijo recreational area. A double laavu on the edge of Lake Pielavesi. Probably there will be no one there if you go, maybe only locals. It is a little far out, off the main roads. The road to the Laavu can be a bit bumpy / pot holes.
The place is located on the Northern Peninsula in the northeastern part of Tulisaari, about 600 m from the fairway leading to Karttula Church Village. Coniferous forest grows in the area. The beaches are shallow and partly rocky. The place is protected from most winds. There is no road connection to the island and no services are close. Hietasalo's hut is replaced by the popular Hietasalo Island in the Kuopio National City Park. Kota was completed in 2022 and has been a part of its construction as the Ministry of the Environment. The hut is about 100 m2 in area and is dimensioned for 45 people. The hut and its surroundings have been built to be accessible. In the case of wheelchair -to -wheelchair, there are limited transport on inland waterways. More information can be obtained from cruise services companies. Kota is used by everyone's rights, but it can also be booked for private events. Koda reservations will be handled in the city's space reservation services, to farm reservation@kuopio.fi, tel. +358 17 182 550. Koda's rent is 40 euros/2 hours. The extra hours are 15 euros/hour. You can rent a home for up to 12 hours at a time. The rent will be paid after the event. It is the tenant's responsibility to clean the hut at the end of the rental period and to verify the cleanliness of the Koda with the internal photographs after the rental period. Others free -free visitors should also take care of the use of Koda and removing debris for users. However, the renter must be prepared for the event before the seats are not cleaned up by the previous visitor.
