Raviksen Rento is an easy three-kilometre loop on the Salpausselkä Trails network in Lahti. For maps, GPX, and the latest route notes, start with the City of Lahti’s Raviksen Rento page. Getting there

The main start is Vanha Ravirata at Vaskelaisenrinne 11, with map links on the City of Lahti page. You can also reach the trailhead from Lahden urheilukeskus along maintained outdoor routes; in ski season the groomed tracks are for skiing only, so from the city centre the city directs cyclists along Hämeenlinnantie bike paths toward Raviksi. Good to know

Dogs must be on a leash on Salpausselkä Trails. In darkness use a headlamp and reflectors; forest trails are not lit but markers are reflective material. When the early-season Ensilumenlatu is in use, wait for a safe moment to cross or detour other paths. The forest trails are not barrier-free.
