No. Huts.fi is an independent Finnish platform. While we work with official open-data sets from organizations like Metsähallitus, we are a private entity.
Yes. Accessing our maps, trail data, and field information is currently free for all users.
We operate on a community-first model: we provide the platform, and our users help keep it accurate by sharing real-time updates (e.g., Is there firewood at the laavu? or Is the sand field dry enough to play?).
