The Onnintupa Art and Culture Centre, situated in Nykälänniemi beside Kivitippu Resort, organizes various summer exhibitions. The center also offers art workshops and events. The current building is the main structure of the Nykälän farm, which has a heritage dating back to 1544, and the municipality of Lappajärvi purchased the property in 1995.
