The network is a set of linked loops and spurs; neither the City of Kaarina nor Tammireitit prescribes a single mandatory direction—choose a circuit that matches your parking place and time.

The City of Kaarina describes blue, white, and green markings across the network. Tammireitit adds that cliff sections on Vaarniemi are marked with blue paint and that the St. Olav Waterway uses separate red ring markers where those routes coincide.

Distance
Allow roughly half a day to explore the wider network at an easy pace, or about three to four hours for a single varied loop—trip writers report on the order of three and a half hours for an ~8 km circuit.
Est. Time
Rocky shores and cliffs, leaf woodland, field margins, short road links including asphalt between sectors, and rooty forest paths; Tammireitit warns that wet weather can make rock and roots slippery.
