Transformer accommodation
The 1930-built tower transformer in Kuninkaansaari offers a stunning sea view and was renovated for tourist accommodation. The rental offers sleeping accommodation, a wooden sauna, and free rowing boat and SUP boards. The holiday apartment can accommodates four people with a double mattress, blankets, and pillows. It features a terrace, outdoor furniture, beach, and swimming pier. The apartment is not suitable for disabled or small children and must be empty by 12 noon.

Maunulan ulkoilumajan puulämmitteinen sauna on vuokrattavissa. Lisäksi ulkoilumaja on vuokrattavissa erilaisia tilaisuuksia varten. Alueen erikoisuuksiin kuuluu pähkinäpensaslehto Maunulan uurnalehdon kupeessa. Ulkoilumajan ympäristössä kulkee purupintainen kuntorata, pituudeltaan 1,5 km. Talvella kuntorata on sekä perinteisen että vapaan hiihtotyylin latuina. The Maunula outdoor hut offers a wood-heated sauna for rent and is suitable for various events. The area features a hazel grove and a 1.5 km sawdust-surfaced fitness trail, perfect for traditional and freestyle skiing in winter. The hut is also available for rent. Pitkäkosken koski- ja lehtoalueet ovat luonnonsuojelualueita. Ulkoilumajan sisällä on istumapaikkoja viidelletoista ja pihalla parille kymmenelle vieraalle. Ulkoilumajalla on alueesta opaskarttoja. Villa Björkas, a wooden archipelago villa built in 1881, is available for booking between 26.5.-31.8.2025. The villa has three rooms and a kitchen, accommodating 14 people. The yard features a wood-fired barbecue, gas barbecue (additional fee), garden furniture, and yard games. However, there is no open internet connection and the villa is not fully accessible due to stairs and thresholds.
