You can go around Iso Lentuakoski rapids (3.3 meter fall, which is difficult to navigate) using this old towpath. It goes from Lake Lentua, to the Välisuvanto. It is around 350 meters. You will still need to navigate the smaller rapids below. Those rapids are 400 meters and a fall of 1.8 m.
